Right Turn on Red

I have already acknowledged my cop tendencies and written, too, about failing to actually stop at stop signs. Here's another example.


I am old enough to remember when right turns on red became permissible. Over 40 years later, however, the part of the rule that requires a full stop has now become almost completely forgotten. Most of the time, my fellow drivers don't even pretend to stop.
